[Fedora Extras] includes a Mason package. Users of Fedora Core 4 and higher can simply [=yum install perl-HTML-Mason] to get started. Edit [=/etc/httpd/conf.d/perl-HTML-Mason.conf] appropriately and [=service httpd restart], and you should have a working installation.

Users of older versions of Fedora should seriously consider upgrading to at least Fedora Core 4. Through Fedora Core 3, the version of mod_perl included in the distribution will cause problems (see ApacheModPerl2).
